INTRODUCTION
FRP Philippines Corporation was incorporated on January 24, 1990 with a starting capital of Php 15,000,000.00 The company was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission under SEC Reg. No. 172706 and eventually with Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) under 94-56 dated August 2, 1994. By February 2001, the company has a capital stock of Php110,895,000 of which is 100% is subscribed and fully paid up.

The company’s primary purpose is to engage in the fabrication, assembly, manufacture, export, sale at wholesale, and distribution of manufactured reinforced plastics.
​
The company was originally a joint venture between FRP Japan Co., Ltd. (FRP Japan) and Kobe Creative Marketing Incorporated. On December 23, 2005, the company and Philippine Malasag Holding International Inc. (PMHII) entered to a Memorandum of Agreement, whereby PMHII shall manage the company. It was agreed among others that the Board of Directors (BOD) of the company shall be reorganized wherein 60% of the BOD as well as the shares of stock of the company shall now be controlled by PMHII.

Last August 31, 2012, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) approved the plan of merger between FRP Philippines Corporation and PMHII. All PMHII’s assets and liabilities were transferred and absorbed by FRP Philippines Corporation as the surviving corporation.

As of January 1, 2015, FRP Philippines Corporation has and authorized Capital Stock of Php75,000,000.00.

The FRP products manufactured by the company include; FRP Pipes, FRP Covers, FRP Plating Tanks, FRP Electrode Dust Collector, Ducting, Car Accessories and other FRP products.
​
FRP Pipes are used for piping system mostly chemical engaged ducting, FRP Flat Plate Covers are used for covering water treatment system, FRP Plating Tank are use for plating process like copper, nickel, chrome, aluminum and others, while Electrode Dust Collector is the main part of a high-tech Dust Control System used in industrial plants in Japan.

Our added mission is to take part in saving the fast growing economy as well as the hazard waste generated by households and businesses in Philippines thru collecting used fluorescent bulbs, in the country with possible expansion of collecting dry cell batteries and medical thermometers or hospital mercury contained waste.

We offer our services with our new Lamp Crushing Machine in order to support government to continue prevent the spread of diseases and degradation of our environment due to uncontrolled damping of “Mercury contained waste”.
